Step 1: Customer sends the product back to Dòng Dòng

Step 2: Dòng Dòng receives and fixes the product

Step 3: Upon completion, Dòng Dòng/ distribution agents will contact the customer to schedule a time and place to return the product. The warranty may last from 7 to 14 working days depending on the nature of the damage.

Note: Customers will pay shipping fee (if any) during the warranty.

If something doesn’t work out, you can send the item (must be in new or unused condition) back to Dòng Dòng within 10 days of delivery in exchange for another identical item, or request a full refund.

– Especially for Dòng Dòng’s backpacks, we introduce padded laptop compartment with raised bottom for better laptio protection. Our backpacks also have hidden pocket at the front for quicker access to your valuables and thief-proof pocket at the back.

Dòng Dòng collect used tarps from local awnings, tarpaulins, truck covers stores. Normally, used tarps would have gone straight to the dumpsters. Hence, we often call those occasions of collecting as tarp-rescue trips.

Products of Dòng Dòng are made using recycled tarps from awnings or truck covers, the toughest weather-resistant material. All the scratches, stains or color-fade are part of the tarp itself from its previous life, which are then treated as natural and unique pattern of Dòng Dòng’s bags. The process of designing and sewing tarps along with its patterns are done individually, meticulously, and purposefully in order to keep the uniqueness and aesthetics of each product.

Tarps are washed and cleaned with unharmful substances like antiseptic liquid, vinegar, and baking soda. These substances are able to clear away most of the stains and odors of used tarps. Indeed, scratches from the tarps’ previous life are treated as unique pattern of this weather-resistant material. We don’t try to wash away the story of the tarp itself. It will continue its own story when accompany you in the form of a recycled bag.
